Your data never leaves Australia

Every byte of your audio and every word of your transcript stays within Australian borders. Our servers, storage, and processing infrastructure are all located in Australian data centres. Data is encrypted both at rest and in transit, and at no point does it cross international boundaries.

Deleted immediately after processing

We do not retain your recordings or transcripts. As soon as your transcription is complete and delivered to you, both the original audio file and the transcript are permanently deleted from our systems. There are no backups, no archives, and no way to recover them.

Self-hosted AI models in Australia

We run our own AI models on Australian infrastructure. Your audio is never sent to third-party AI services like OpenAI, Google, or Amazon Transcribe. This gives us full control over how your data is processed and ensures it stays within our secure environment.

Never used for AI training

Your recordings and transcripts are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model. Your conversations remain completely private. We believe your data should work for you, not for us.

Australian Transcription is a product of Icana AI, a registered business name of MoreTime Pty Ltd. We are an Australian company that has been in business for years. You can verify our details on the Australian Business Register (ABN 23 656 757 201).

Our AI infrastructure and security practices have been vetted by major Australian enterprises, including ASX-listed companies, through our CallCoach product. Australian Transcription is operated by the same team that's behind CallCoach.
